        “Donut worry, be happy”   Donuts 1 packet active dry yeast 1/4 cup warm water 3/4 cup milk 1 egg 1/4 cup butter 1/4 cup sugar 2 1/4 cup flour (plus extra if needed later)   Place the yeast in the water and let it rest for 10 minutes until foamy.
