I said I would do it – and here it is – Christina Tosi’s Milk Bar Pie! A few weeks back I attempted her Birthday Cake-with success luckily (phew!). This time I stuck pretty close to her recipe, though I did leave off a couple things I didn’t have at home already – and it turned out just right! This pie is pretty similar to a Southern Chess Pie.
