Dark Chocolate Brownie Kiss Cookies

Super chocolate-y brownie cookies, with a cute dark chocolate kiss in the middle! No chill time needed, and done in about 15 minutes!

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • 3.5 oz 85% dark chocolate
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, minus 2 tbsp
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 24 dark chocolate kisses


  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt together the dark chocolate and butter in 20 second intervals, mixing in between until fully melted. Allow to cool.
  • Preheat the oven to 350F. In the bowl of your stand mixer with the whisk attachment, mix eggs, brown and granulated sugars, and vanilla extract. Pour the choco/butter mixture into the bowl of your stand mixer and whisk together until combined.
  • In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Use a silicone spatula to mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Use a small cookie scoop to scoop out cookies onto a parchment lined baking sheet, two inches apart. Bake 10 minutes, and remove. After cooling 1-2 minutes, lightly push a dark chocolate kiss into the center of each brownie cookie. Let cool and enjoy!
